Óbidos
A Charming Medieval Village

How to get there:
To travel from Villa’s Pomar do Moinho, in Usseira, to Óbidos, there are several options:
1. By Car
The fastest and most convenient way is by car. The journey is approximately 7 km and takes around 10 minutes.
General directions:
Leave Usseira towards the N8.
Follow the N8 towards Óbidos.
When you arrive in Óbidos, you will find parking lots near the entrance to the village.
2. Public Transport
Bus: There are regional buses that connect Usseira to Óbidos, but times may be limited. Check availability in advance.
Train: Óbidos has a train station, but additional transport from Usseira to there may be required as direct connections are scarce.
3. Táxi ou Transport Apps
A practical alternative is to take a taxi or use a ride-hailing service. The trip will be quick and comfortable, with a reasonable cost due to the short distance.
4. Walk or Bike
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, it is possible to walk or cycle to Óbidos. The distance is short and the road has beautiful scenery. However, check route conditions to ensure a safe journey.
